We offer free standard shipping on all orders over NPR 5,000. Below that, a flat standard rate is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Orders are picked and packed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
As soon as your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also follow its progress any time from Track Your Order or your account's order history.
We're expanding where we ship. If your country isn't available at checkout yet, get in touch through our contact page and we'll do our best to help. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
